These are the guidelines that must be followed by everyone who wants to be a writer:
1. Read the character biographies (biographies not yet released).
2. The episodes will be about 20 minutes long.
3. There is a limit to the number of new sets in each episode, about three or four.
4. You can submit a story idea.
5. Episodes about time travel or the Borg are not high on the list of preferred stories, Bajoran episodes are not allowed.
I hope to have the biographies done soon but I am completely stuck. Are there any writers willing to help out? I am using Celtx which can be freely downloaded from Celtx.com. Thanks for your interest.
